When will my order arrive?
We generally deliver all orders within 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
Please note: Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide but have paused sales to the United States until our shipping partner has rolled out DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for parcels sent to the United States from Australia.

What if my headband arrives damaged or faulty?

What is your returns policy?
We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges on all headbands provided the following conditions are met:

Items must be in original condition

Items must not be altered or worn
We offer a full refund or exchange, but please note: return postage is not covered by Grand Headbands.
Who pays the tariff when you ship to the USA?
We will when our shipping partner rolls out the functionality. Currently, we have paused all sales but this will change in the future. Grand Headbands the retailer will pay the "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) or "Import Duty Paid" (IDP) which is 30% on some of our headbands.
