When will my order arrive?

We generally deliver all orders within 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
Please note: Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.


Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes — we ship worldwide and have resumed sales to the United States thanks to improved tariff clarity and our shipping partner’s rollout of Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for parcels sent from Australia.


What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • PayPal

If you’d prefer another payment method, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you.


What if my headband arrives damaged or faulty?

We take pride in the quality of our products.

What is your returns policy?

We’re happy to offer returns and exchanges on all headbands, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be in original condition
  • Items must not be altered or worn

We offer a full refund or exchange, however please note: return postage is not covered by Grand Headbands.


Who pays the tariff when you ship to the USA?

We do.
Our shipping partner’s new functionality allows us to cover all import duties and taxes.
Grand Headbands ships all US orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — meaning we pay the import duties (up to 30% on some headbands) so there are no extra costs for our US customers.
