Conor Gallagher and the headband

Chelsea academy graduates are rocking the world. A few examples are Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Fikayo Tomori and Reece James. Just as it happens Conor Gallagher is another player who spent his early youth in the Chelsea academy and is currently loaned to West Bromwich Albion. Previously he has been through loan spells at Swansea City and Charlton Athletic with currently being linked to different clubs in the Premier League. Conor became easy to remember quite absurdly as he gives a similar vibe in comparison to Todd Cantwell of Norwich City since both players emerged from sides that were promoted to the league. They also share a similar physique with long blonde hair and a headband.

Born in 2000, Conor Gallagher footballing career has just begun establishing itself. He joined Chelsea at the age of 8 and has tackled many challenges with battling ups and down throughout his career. He went through a heart surgery in year of 2018 although it was not a major operation but still halted his career and training for a short time.

Conor Gallagher is high rated talent and that goes not only down to his qualities on the field, but the credentials attached to his name. For one thing he has a Europa League winners medal being an unused substitute in the 18/19 final vs Arsenal. He secured the best academy player award for Chelsea in the same season and is also an under 17 World Cup winner with England.

In the year 2019 he won the EFL young player of the year award which highlights the fact that he is an already a competent individual and justifies the interest of teams like Leeds United and Newcastle. Coming towards his playing style Conor Gallagher likes to play midfield and is well versatile over a couple many roles with constant shifting to the right and left. This season he has played Central midfield in most cases for West Brom but on a few rare occasions he’s been used as a left sided midfielder or even in a more offensive role towards the final third which defines his ability to do the job for the team. To utilize his strengths, it is better to play him in a box-to-box midfield role as he is a great ball carrier and can create play at a great level. Conor Gallagher is also a hard worker as he would cover every blade of grass when needed.

So far, we have concluded that he is a fantastic talent, but he excels in the most important aspect of all, he’s got the looks! He has blonde hair and to wrap those bangs up he wears a slick black headband which energize his performances on field and give him that shiny neat look while playing the beautiful game.

The young English lad will most likely transfer to a Premier League club in the summer transfer window and will have to play a major part in the endeavors of his new club. We wish him the best of luck for the future.
